Dusit Thani Manila is the only 5-star hotel in Makati with the best rates. We stayed here for my mom’s birthday and Dusit’s Miguel and Tian made it special by sending her and my papa a cake , stuffed toys (elephant) and fresh fruits. The manager checked in on us, too. The lobby smelled great with Thai botanical notes and Thai live string music. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the beds gave us good sleep. We ordered room service for dinner and all our orders were very delicious. It is across SM Makati shopping mall where you can find everything at good prices (Filipino souvenir shirts and crafts, grocery, cosmetics, fashion). Dusit has a beautiful garden with a Buddha fountain and lots of koi fish for kids to watch, a refreshing pool, delicious buffet and bakeshop, and several restaurants surrounding it too - pizza or Japanese teppan across the street. Or the whole slew of 4 interconnected malls (SM, Glorietta, Landmark and Greenbelt) starting at your doorstep

We love the Dusit hotels and when we knew there was one in Manila we felt there was nowhere else we'd rather stay. The service is always amazing and so friendly and to make everything even better we were treated to a room upgrade and discounts off of services as we had been selected at random for the day. Breakfast was SO good, as it always is in all Dusit hotels, with a great variety of different foods and drinks and again amazing service with a smile. The staff really make this place what it is! (We are in the Philippines for a month with Manila being out first and last stops of our trip - we will look forward to checking back in for our last night in the Philippines, ending our honeymoon in style at Dusit once more.)

The property has an ensuite bathroom , Spacious bedroom with King bed perfect to rest and relax your day. Miticulously cleaned to give you a fresher smell and feel at home. They have a peaceful garden with fish pond and relaxing sounds of birds, squirrel and finished with the sounds of the leaves that relax your senses. Stunningly beautiful to enjoy your stay. Pool is clean and spacious to motivate your synergy. And it was perfected by the beautiful people full of hospitality and kindness. Miss Miguel made it possible for me to experience these wonderful stay upgraded my room, surprised me with a birthday cake, and extended my stay to complete my day. I highly recommed this 5-star hotel full of beauty and hospitality.

Best hotel i have ever been to. People where so nice. Room big, colorful, clean, silent with alot of privacy. Pool is nice and protected from wind. All restaurants exeptional, espacialy banjarong was a true lifetime experience. The garden with the koi fish beautiful and has also a smoking area where you can enjoy the garden too. And alot of other stuff to do inside the hotel. I wanna thank espacialy to the manager for all the nice services she did for free for us, like a surprise chocolate cake with happy anniversary on it when we came back from outside and even a free upgrade to an bigger room when she knew about our anniversary. I will come back for sure, the question is not if, its when. Salamat po ate and kuyas

Staff is very efficient and friendly. Room was good. I loved the water in flasks and the water station at every floor. also when you rehang your towel to reuse, they leave it (many hotels advertise, however staff always takes all towels on daily basis). they did leave fresh towels to give you the opportunity to change. Shampoo, bath soap, etc was all in bottles for you to use, so no wastage. There was coffee and tea making facilities. The food during the conference was nice. We only utilised the lunch buffet once which was absolutely outstanding food for both Western and Asian pallets. Location was walkable distance to shopping centres and Green belt with nice park and restaurants.
